The Leacross Foundation is proud to support the highly anticipated “Meet the Authors Week” event in March 2023. Thanks to the foundation’s commitment to fostering a love of literature and learning, the library will be able to bring in renowned Authors and Illustrators such as Kevin Sylvester and Amélie Montplaisir to engage with the community and share their unique perspectives and creative processes with eager readers of all ages.
Furthermore, the Leacross Foundation’s support has also enabled the to enrich its collection of books by adding numerous new titles, including works by both Sylvester and Montplaisir. With this new infusion of literature, even the youngest of library patrons will be able to enjoy an even wider selection books and novels, allowing them to broaden their horizons and explore new ideas and perspectives. Together, we can all inspire a lifelong love of reading and learning among the next generation.
